Mobile Client

The AMS Mobile Client allows you to send and receive AMS messages on your phone. It is a Java application that runs on many different kinds of phones. It is easy to use and works like the SMS function of existing phones.

Main Menu

1. New Messages

Use the 'New Message' section to create messages using templates.

2. Inbox

Received messages appear in your Inbox.

3. Drafts

Messages can be partially completed and saved for later use. AMS allows you view and edit messages without being online like normal SMS messages. This is more convient tha WAP based mobile applications which require a constant connection to the internet.

4. Outbox

Messages are stored in the Outbox whilst they are being sent. If a message cannot be sent it will remain here until it can be sent successfully.

5. Sent

Sent messages are stored here and can be viewed at any time.

Messages appear as full Java applications. This allows for easy viewing and interaction, unlike resized web pages.
