Routes

Routes are used to push sent messages onto third party systems. Messages can be sent to a variety of destinations in a range formats. They are the primary way sent messages are integrated into external systems.

1. Export Types

AMS provides a set of base file formats for exporting messages. These include XML and CSV which can be opened immediately in programs like Microsoft Excel.
