Cards

Cards correspond to screens on a device. The Mobile Client uses a card to determine what form elements, if any, should be displayed on a particular screen. A template can contain one or more cards but must have at least one root card. The root card is the first card that will be shown when creating or viewing a message for a template. A template can be thought of as having a deck of cards with the top card being the root card.

There are two types of cards, form cards and list cards. Form cards are used for displaying input fields such as text fields and popup menus. List cards are used to display a collection of sub entries. A list card uses a sub template to add and edit each of it’s entries. An example may be a work roster which has entries for each of the shift times.
